Cristal Hall

Research Assistant
Background

Cristal has worked in the not-for-profit and community mental health sector for a number of years across a variety of roles in research, direct support work and marketing.

She completed a Bachelor of Social Work with RMIT gaining experience at Burnet in a 3 month fieldwork placement with the Alcohol and Other Drugs team. She has recently joined the AOD team as a Research Assistant working on the VMAX and SuperMIX cohort studies. 

Cristal also works as a Research Assistant at Neami National, a community mental health organisation, where she has predominantly focused on bringing about the completion of a smoking cessation pilot study.

Cristal has an interest in qualitative research, co design and communicating research outcomes to bring about effective and positive change for high risk and vulnerable populations.
