Background
Emily is an honours student completing her Bachelor of Psychology through Burnet Institute, Curtin University and the National Drug Research Institute.
She is currently working on her dissertation investigating cohort trends in age of initiation of illicit drug use and association with psychological distress. Her supervisors are Dr Amanda Roxburgh and Dr Michael Livingston.
Emily’s area of interest lies in the complex interactions between substance use, mental health, policy and the justice system.
