Background
Delly Babona is a clinician and public health professional with 20 years of experience in Papua New Guinea Health system. She has served across district, provincial and tertiary hospitals in both government and church-run health services, providing clinical care and supporting health system strengthening initiatives. Delly is passionate about improving the quality of women, adolescent and newborn care through locally led programs, health workforce development, implementation research and evidence-based practice. She has extensive experience facilitating training for healthcare workers in this space and has worked closely with national and international partners on research and implementation projects.
