It is the first novel therapeutic candidate built on our Stellabody® platform.
Anti-Shield combines an anchor arm, a complement checkpoint-blocking arm and our Stellabody® Fc platform technology in a single molecule.
In preclinical studies, it drives on-target hexamerisation to restore potent complement-dependent cytotoxicity in CD20-resistant lymphoma cells.
