Background

Mary-Ann joined Burnet in 2009 with a proven track record in international program management in complex settings, working both in the private and not-for-profit sectors.

She has had roles as Program Coordinator, for the DFAT-funded Women’s and Children’s Health Knowledge Hub, a collaboration between the Centre for International Child Health, University of Melbourne, Menzies School of Health Research and Burnet.

Mary-Ann was a Senior Program Manager coordinating Burnet’s involvement in the Australian NGO Cooperation Program (ANCP), and overseeing the Institute’s activities in Africa, Laos and Tibet.

She joined the Burnet Executive in 2017 and is Head of the Project Management Office.
