Samara Griffin

Background

Samara is a PhD student and research assistant with Justice Health and Surveillance and Data Linkage working groups. Her research looks at hepatitis C treatment in the community corrections population working with the Justice Health group. 

Samara has a background in epidemiology, having worked in the Department of Health in communicable diseases for 2 years prior to starting her PhD.

  • 2020: MSc (Epidemiology), University of Melbourne, Australia
  • 2016: BSc (Pathology and Laboratory Medicine), University of Western Australia, Australia
