Oceane is originally from French Polynesia. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, focusing on economics and sustainable development, and went on to complete a Master’s in Development Studies with a concentration on non-communicable diseases. With extensive experience in NGOs and associations, she has managed international development projects that tackle chronic illness, promote mental wellbeing, and support sustainable strategies across diverse communities. She's held roles in project coordination, community outreach, and policy advocacy—bringing together economic growth, environmental care and holistic health solutions.
