Jenica is a dedicated and experienced international development professional, with experience in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), public health, gender equity, disability and social inclusion, systems strengthening, and education projects. She has over ten years’ experience in the sector and has worked in a diverse range of roles with experience in program design and management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, system and process development and review, capacity building, compliance and risk management, safeguarding, and business development.
Jenica has extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular focus on Papua New Guinea. She is passionate about human rights, health equity, gender equity, disability and social inclusion, climate change, and decolonisation in the development space.
