Michael works within Burnet’s Strategic Funding and Partnerships team as the Visual Communications Officer. He supports the Institute’s vision and purpose through his background in visual communications, graphic design and photography.
Previously, Michael worked at an agricultural real estate agency, Smith Agri International, as the team graphic designer before segueing into a 2-year role Swinburne University’s inhouse design studio, the Bureau Studio. At the Bureau, Michael worked on a broad range of print and digital projects for internal and external clients, including a collaboration with the Bureau team, Swinburne medical researchers and world health experts in formatting a series of documents for the World Health Organisation.
