Improving the health of vulnerable communities and changing lives is at the heart of what we do and who we are.
Lauren is a final year Master of Public Health student at Monash University. Her main coursework areas are infectious disease epidemiology, data management, and advanced biostatistics. Lauren worked on the frontline of the COVID-19 vaccination rollout in one of the state’s busiest vaccination hubs. This experience led to her developing an interest in studying COVID-19 and public health more broadly.
Lauren is currently completing her Masters thesis with the Burnet Institute on young people’s concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic using data from the Coping with COVID study.
