Lucy Dai

Peer Counsellor


Lucy joined the Burnet Institute in July 2018 as a Peer Counsellor with the South Fly TB Program in Western Province, Papua New Guinea. Her role includes providing education and psychological support to patients and their families, facilitating patient referrals, and working collaboratively with other clinical staff to ensure patient needs are met.

She was part of a documentary by the World Bank on TB Programs in Daru in 2018. Lucy was also a TB patient, and completed her treatment in 2010.
