Anita started her career in HR in 2007 as a Trainee as part of her Human Resource Management degree. From here she has worked across manufacturing, sales and e-commerce organisations in Melbourne and London.
Her role as Human Resources Officer at the Burnet Institute involves working closely with the Human Resources Manager to deliver a broad range of HR services and support including recruitment and selection, induction and orientation, learning and development, policies and procedures and general HR advice.
