As Human Resources Manager for the Institute, Paul is responsible for the full range of HR services including recruitment and selection, induction, contracts of employment, workplace relations, policy development and implementation and professional development.
Paul has extensive HR experience primarily in the higher education sector having held HR Manager positions at the Victorian College of the Arts and the University of Melbourne.
Paul has a BA (majoring in Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He has completed a Strategic Human Resource Management Program at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
