Background

Parker has been working with the key populations for the past 17 years in the field of HIV, advocating for human rights and for accessibility of services. 

His expertise in this field helped him to be part of Dr Angela Kelly-Hanku's team from Papua New Guinea Institute of Medical Research for work on the Integrated Bio-Behavioural Survey for the Key Populations in the three major cities of Papua New Guinea.
