Burnet Institute International Health and Development Officer, Geoffrey Chan, will be among presenters at the Melbourne TB Community Seminar Series, Seminar 2 – Active Case Finding.
Mr Chan will present on Active Case Finding in the Zero TB Initiative in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
The MTBC Seminar Series in 2021 will focus on three facets of early detection:
The Seminar Series is a mechanism to share and connect through MTBC’s work on TB.
The MTBC was formed to promote collaboration among tuberculosis researchers, practitioners and community to strengthen local capacity and develop a coordinated and critical mass of research.
The MTBC is open to all involved in TB-related science and practice around Melbourne spanning research, public health, clinical care and community involvement.
