The Alfred Research Alliance Honours information evening for study in 2021 will be held virtually this year via Zoom Webinar on Tuesday 11th August 2020 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm AEST.

In the first session (from 6:00pm - 7:30pm):

Heads of Department from The Alfred Research Alliance partners, Monash University’s Central Clinical School and School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Burnet Institute, and Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute will present a three-minute overview of their departments and highlight major areas of research.

Burnet Institute Deputy Director and Head, Malaria Immunity and Vaccines Laboratory, Professor James Beeson is scheduled to present on Burnet’s behalf at 7.05pm.

In the second session (from 7:30pm - 8:30pm):

Burnet senior staff, Head of Life Sciences, Professor Gilda Tachedjian, Head of Public Health, Professor Mark Stoové, and Deputy Program Director, Behaviours and Health Risks, Lisa Davidson, and student representatives Ashleigh Stewart and Thorey Jonsdottir will be available to address any questions prospective students may have about studying at Burnet in 2021.
