Webinar via Zoom: #HepFree Future in the Asia Pacific

Burnet Institute and CEVHAP, the Coalition to Eradicate Viral Hepatitis in Asia Pacific, in collaboration with The World Health Organization (WHO) Western Pacific and South-east Asia Regions, will host a Webinar via Zoom on Friday, 24 July, to acknowledge World Hepatitis Day.

Entitled #HepFree Future in the Asia Pacific, Hepatitis Elimination in the time of COVID-19, the webinar aims to identify what we are learning from the adjustments and adaptations experienced by programme delivery personnel, healthcare workers, clinicians and people living with viral hepatitis.

To be co-Chaired by Burnet Institute Deputy Director, Professor Margaret Hellard AM, the 90-minute webinar will focus on:

  • What’s happening in the hepatitis world amidst the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Access to hepatitis care, and
  • Panel Discussion: Literacy on COVID-19 & hepatitis (clinicians and community)
