2018 Youth Health Conference

The premier Australian interdisciplinary conference for young people, the convention brings together researchers, clinicians, health workers and educators dedicated to improving, promoting and advocating for the health and wellbeing of young people in Australia and beyond.

Burnet Institute’s Co-Head of Adolescent Health, Peter Azzopardi and Public Health Registrar Tara Purcell are presenting as keynote speakers.

This year the Australian Association for Adolescent Health has partnered with the Australian & New Zealand Mental Health Association to deliver the conference.

‘Owning Future Change’ is the guiding principle behind this year’s convention, which will focus on the responsibility to find solutions to health inequities affecting different groups of young people, and between the youth population and younger and older populations.
