Complaints Policy

A complaint can be made by any supporter, partner organisation, community or individual with whom we work or any member of the public whether an individual, civil society organisation or other entity.

Burnet Institute welcomes feedback from our stakeholders and uses this information to improve the quality of our work, improve efficiency and if necessary to take remedial action to address issues raised.

Burnet Institute takes all complaints seriously and will handle these in a timely and sensitive manner protecting the privacy of stakeholders.
