Each year, the Centre for International Health conducts a number of courses. These can be accredited towards a Master of Public Health, a Master of International Health, a Graduate Diploma in International Health or may be attended by persons not seeking any academic accreditation. The courses are suitable for individuals contemplating work in resource poor settings and are relevant to all kinds of health workers, including nurses, doctors, nutritionists, laboratory technicians and pharmacists, as well as logisticians, environmental engineers, program managers and social workers.

Post Graduate Education

The Centre for International Health of the Macfarlane Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health (Burnet Institute)is actively involved in the design and delivery of public health education programs, including the coordination of the International Health stream of the Master of Public Health program and the Graduate Diploma in International Health. These courses are run in collaboration with the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Monash University.
