Through research, CHR has played a pivotal role in the collective effort to bring attention to and reduce the health and social consequences of drug use in Australia, the Asian region, and globally.
CHR currently participates in numerous research partnerships, nationally and internationally, and has collaborated on research and development on drug related issues with a wide range of academic institutions and practitioners.
CHR has an established record in research, having completed a range of research projects for various government and non-government bodies, undertaking situation assessments, reviewing and compiling evidence, and undertaking research to monitor and review the impact of programs in the field.
