Innovative safe disposal option for used N&S in Indonesia
The Centre for Harm Reduction (CHR) implements projects in cooperation with local and national government organisations, national and international non-government organsations, and mulit-lateral and bi-lateral donors across Asia and the Pacific.
In recent times the centre has identified a number of priority countries to work in based on the level of impact both licit and illicit drug use has on the society and our capacity to add value to existing publich health programs.
Recently identified priority countries include Papua New Guinea (PNG), Malaysia, Cambodia and Laos, each with its own unique challenge around drug related harms.
Countries where CHR has extensive experience and has contributed to the long-term harm reduction program goals and continues to work include; China, Indonesia, Myanmar and Vietnam.
