CHR has a wealth of experience in delivering training and capacity building, to a range of audiences.
CHR staff and associates are familiar with and have worked extensively in South, South East, East and Central Asia, and are fully aware of and sensitive to the cultural, programmatic and political environments in the region.
CHR aims to support capacity building through training courses, study tours, workshops and seminars, using adult learning techniques, and where possible, facilitates ongoing support for capacity building.
CHR has developed training in response to articulated needs of local counterparts in Myanmar, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, and India. CHR has worked collaboratively with local multi-disciplinary teams including narcotics officials, law enforcement agencies, psychiatrists, health professionals, local government and non-government organizations to develop training that responds to local need.
